Pinoy Big Brother Season 3 , with subtitle “Double Up”, will start airing this October 4, 2009 on ABS-CBN.

Big Brother had a special interview on the Buzz Saturday afternoon via phone patch and he talked about the highly-anticipated “Double Up” edition of Pinoy Big Brother which is about to begin next month.

Big Brother did not explain why season 3 has a subtitle “Double Up” because it’s a secret and has something to do with the new twist in the show.

“Mas makakabuti na lamang na antayin ninyo at ng mga manonood kung ano ang ibig sabihin ng Double Up sa takdang panahon. Sabay-sabay n’yong malalaman ‘yan sa pagbubukas ng aking bahay sa October 4,” he said.

Toni Gonzaga, Mariel Rodriguez, and Bianca Gonzalez will reprise their hosting stint for the show. This season’s housemates will come from different parts of the Philippines and Filipino communities in Japan, London, and the US.
