GSIS Online & Office Inquiry : Member Accounts

There have been news that Member Savings Accounts have been lost due to technical & software problems that have been bugging down the GSIS computer network systems for quite some time.

The Govenment Service Insurance System’s management wanted to clear to every GSIS member that all their accounts , money and transactions are intact within the GSIS system network.

The slow down in completion of transactions both online and in offices are just due to some technical difficulties with regards to the latest IBM hardware and software packages that GSIS purchased and planned to rely on to boost its network infrastructure. This failure by IBM to give its commitments to GSIS is being dealt with legally.

The slow down is just due to lacking infrastructure but the whole GSIS system is still safe , secure and intact. GSIS asks its members to bear with them through this difficulty and apologizes for all the inconvenience this incident had caused to all its members.

Until now I am still waiting for the cash value proceeds of my Regular Policy Contract which was surrendered last January, 2010 due to mandate of GSIS. My Policy contract was matured last January 25, 2010 and surrendered at GSIS Field Office, Catarman, Northern Samar a week after its maturity.

I was thingking that the money generated from this account was deposited thru Trust Fund and how come that its almost four months now i received nothing just even an information on its status.

I hope thru this message i can be updated. Thank you and God Bless…

magandang hapon po.inquire ko lng regarding my policy contract.member po ako ng phil.national police last year lng po nag stop ang deduction ko sa payslip ..ano po ang dapat ko gawin par ma refund since 1997 p nag deduct.po3 ariel b.embalzado of davao city police office region xi

I applied for policy last last October 2008 but until now I have received the proceeds because my payment was not posted by the GSIS Bacolod. I inquired from said Office but no one will entertain my inquiry because of their arrogance especially a certain employee by the name of “Fatima”. Will Mr. Lacson act on the arrogance of the employees there? please help…

ask lang pa ako sa GSIS if nachange na ba surname ko..from ACLAO to TANGGAN..2007 pa ho ako change status sa div namin..hopefully change na sa ofc para maka umid ID na ako..at kung wala pa,ano ang dadalhin ko mga documents pagpunta ko sa GSIS DIPOLOG office…tnx..

good eve.. i just want to inquire about my refund, i have been calling the gsis office-cotabato branch regarding it but they dont know what to respond on when i will receive it.. they just told me that they already had a reply from manila(main office) in relation with the processing and to just check our e-card often to see if the money has been forwarded to our account.. we’ve been checking it for more or less 2-3mos but until now we havent received it.. kindly check your records and i really want to know the status of my refund.. it’s so hard waiting for something which you dont know until when you will wait.. hoping to get a reply from you IMMediately. thanks and wassalam.

may i request of my posting updated premium remittances record frm july 2005-present coz according to gsis branch here in zamboanga my employer were not able to remit my for 1 yr. so, i would like to know my updated record ..
