5J531 (Manila to Busuanga), 5J532 (Busuanga to Manila).

Philippine Air Lines (PAL) Express flights that were cancelled are :

PRO41 (San Jose, Mindoro to Manila and back),
PR018 (Manila to Tuguegarao),
PRO19 (Tuguegarao to Manila).

A Zest Air flights from Manila to Legaspi has also been cancelled.
