Katrina Halili’s lawyer Atty. Ambrosio said that the video has cause psychological truama on Halili. She also stressed that Halili’s economic/financial capacity to earn has also suffered because of the incident.

If found guilty , Hayden can be sentenced from 6 years & 1 day up to 12 years imprisonment. In addition to imprisonment , he shall pay a fine in the amount of 100,000 up to 300,000 pesos . He shall also be required to undergo mandatory psychological counseling or psychiatric treatment and shall report compliance to the court.
